Atenveldt Submissions (excerpted from the S.C.A. College of Arms' Letters of Acceptance and Return)

The following submissions from Atenveldt have been registered by the SCA College of Arms in June 2019:

Ambré Renée de Passais. Device. Argent, a sun gules eclipsed Or, on a chief azure three mullets of seven points argent.

Eoin Ó Seachnasaigh. Device change. Sable, a bend sinister vert fimbriated and in dexter chief a stag salient argent.
The submitter's previous device, Sable, a bend sinister vert fimbriated and in dexter chief a Celtic cross argent, is retained as a badge.

Eoin the Steward. Device change. Argent, on a hurt a cross couped argent, a bordure embattled sable. The submitter's previous device, Argent, on a hurt a cross couped argent, a base sable, is released.

Hrafn Vargr. Name and device. Per bend sinister vert and argent, a wolf rampant contourny argent and a raven contourny sable.
The submitter requested authenticity for Norwegian language or culture. This name does not meet this request because both of the elements were documented from Iceland, not Norway.

Jon Blackfish. Name and device. Per bend sinister Or and sable, a lucy haurient embowed contourny and a Maltese cross counterchanged.
Nice cant!

Kára Refsdóttir. Name.
Nice 9th-10th century Icelandic name!

Kim Dae Hae. Name change from holding name William of Atenveldt.

Moire Fhionn inghean Uí Raghallaigh. Device. Sable, three crescents conjoined in pall horns outward, a bordure Or.

Orrin Darius. Device. Sable, two serpents nowed in a Bourchier knot, that to dexter Or and that to sinister inverted, in base a triquetra inverted argent.
There is a DC between a triquetra and a Bourchier knot. Therefore, SENA A3D1, the "sword-and-dagger" policy, does not apply.

Thora Gylðir. Name.
Submitted as Thora Gildir, the byname was not spelled correctly. The byname is actually Gylðir with an edh (ð), not a d and a y not an i. Therefore, we have changed the name to the correct spelling for registration. If the submitter prefers not to use the edh character, the name can be rendered as Gylthir. If she prefers this form, she may make a request for reconsideration.

The following submissions were returned for further work, June 2019:

Dawn Greenwall. Device. Per fess Or and vert masoned Or, a demi-sun issuant from the line of division gules, a chief purpure.

Kára Refsdóttir. Device. Argent, a fox passant proper within a wreath of holly leaves vert fructed gules.
